These 2 flats were designed as holiday lets but can also be used as overflow space for the clients when needed. They were completed as part of one big renovation project (see Aldeburgh project in my portfolio). We converted the downstairs flat from workshops, while the top flat was already existing but in need of total modernisation. The finished result is a sophisticated and unique home away from home by the sea.
